The career of this top doctor in the field of plastic reconstructive surgery took him to the plastic surgery department at the Bergmannsheil Clinic in Bochum after completing his studies, where he specialised. He became a senior physician at the BG Trauma Clinic in Ludwigshafen until his professional career took him to the ETHIANUM Clinic in Heidelberg. Here he built up the Department of Plastic Surgery, which he now heads together with his partner Prof Dr Engel. The specialist is also in charge of the Centre for Breast Reconstruction at the ETHIANUM. Here, Prof. Dr .Reichenberger focuses on the restoration of nerve functions and tissue regeneration. The plastic and aesthetic surgeon also dedicates his scientific research to this area.
