Service and comfort are two things that clients in Germany often look for in vain in clinics. Things are very different at the ETHIANUM Clinic Heidelberg. Because we don’t just stand for top international medicine. It is part of our clinic culture to make your stay as good and pleasant as possible.
The demands we place on ourselves through our clinic culture are perfected through constant processes of optimising procedures. All doctors and staff are committed to working together to achieve this.
We have summarised the services you can enjoy at the ETHIANUM and the comfort we offer you.
Newly built in 2009 and 2010, the Green Clinic’s overall ecological energy concept ensures optimal climate zones and fresh air sources on all floors. In addition, optimised light sources and situations create a pleasant atmosphere.
In medical terms, we use IT systems to ensure a secure flow of information throughout the clinic. For all consultations and treatments, your data, X-ray images and findings are immediately available to the doctor in digital form after they have been recorded once. In addition, high-tech in the operating theatres or our outpatient surgery centre offers lightning-fast options for action during an operation.
In human terms, it is a matter close to our hearts that you are able to relax and recover quickly before and after treatment or an operation in our clinic. That is why a competent nursing and ward team is always at your side. We have deliberately divided up the service. Our service staff are separate from the nursing service and are happy to help you with your individual wishes and needs. With this concept, you receive the best possible care and outstanding services at the same time.
We have furnished 27 very spacious rooms and four suites for you so that you can also relax and enjoy your stay to the full. The room furnishings are reminiscent of an upper middle-class hotel and impress with a wide range of features such as technical equipment and free Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel. Our rooming-in concept is new. You are welcome to bring your loved one with you when you are admitted as an inpatient. They can either stay with you in your room or in their own room. We are convinced that this increases the healing success and relaxes you if it gives you additional security.
The catering at the ETHIANUM is also not comparable with that of conventional clinics. We offer you freshly prepared dishes that change daily. Our international kitchen team is responsible for this and is happy to cater for your intolerances, allergies, dietary requirements or religious or personal wishes.
