This means that our specialists can access all diagnostic procedures such as MRI, intraoperative 3D CT, ultrasound and digital radiography. In addition, the centre of excellence is equipped with a state-of-the-art MRI, the 3 Tesla MRI. This makes it possible for the first time to visualise the nerves in the shoulder, elbow and hand area without having to go to a special university department. The further improved image quality of the 3 Tesla MRI also allows specialists to make an accurate diagnosis while significantly reducing treatment time.
