CATERING AND CAFETERIA – ENJOY FRESHNESS AND QUALITY
The quality standards of our catering and the choice of food in our cafeteria are very high. Because we want to offer you freshness and quality that you can taste and enjoy, while at the same time doing your body and your health a big favour. We are very aware of the importance of a healthy and balanced diet for your health.
We are therefore proud to be able to provide you with regional, freshly prepared meals during your stay. To this end, we source our sausage from a regional Palatinate butcher and offer you cereals, fruit, vegetables, wine and beer from the region. Our location on the Southern Wine Route is an obligation and offers you a wide variety of flavours.
It is particularly important to us that you have a daily changing menu from which you can choose what you like. For many reasons, however, we have decided not to include pork on the menu. However, we are happy to take your preferences or allergies into consideration. Whether you have diabetes, intolerances, a meat-free or reduced diet or religious dietary habits, please speak to our service staff about your wishes and needs. Our dedicated kitchen team ensures the best personal variety of flavours. Of course, you can also decide where you would like to eat your meals. You can choose between the bright, open cafeteria and our beautifully designed outdoor area, your room, your bed or at a room service table.
And because drinking is particularly important for your health, all non-alcoholic drinks are available to you free of charge at the ETHIANUM Clinic. You will also find a fully stocked minibar in your room or you can order your drinks from our service staff.

OUR MEAL TIMES
Breakfast from 8:00 to 8:30 a.m.
Get your day off to a good start with our breakfast! Our rolling buffet offers you everything your stomach desires in the morning. From bread rolls and pretzels to coffee or tea, sausage, cheese, eggs or salmon, you can put together your own fresh breakfast.
Lunch from 12:00 to 12:30
Our lunch consists of either a la carte dishes or a daily changing menu of your choice. Decide what you fancy for the day and enjoy your fresh lunch to your heart’s content.
Coffee break from 15:00 to 15:30
Those with a sweet tooth will enjoy a piece of freshly baked cake and a good cup of coffee during the coffee break, which we will be happy to serve you on request.
Dinner from 18:00 to 18:30
Our evening meal is served on a rolling buffet. Similar to breakfast, you have a choice of flavours. Help yourself to it. However, you are also welcome to have an additional hot dish served.
