DEPARTMENT OF PREVENTIVE MEDICINE CELEBRATES 7,500TH CLIENT

Since 2010, more than 7,500 clients have been treated by our experts in the Department of Preventive Medicine at the ETHIANUM Clinic Heidelberg as part of comprehensive health check-ups.
Priv.-Doz. Dr. Felix Gramley, Head of the Department of Prevention, sees this on the one hand as the result of the profound, far-sighted development work of his predecessors Drs. Ciré and Busch, and on the other hand as a reward for the consistent further development of the range of services and the “”all-round care”” of clients. A testing and vaccination program was launched during the coronavirus pandemic, and diagnostic procedures and equipment have been and continue to be constantly supplemented and updated. An AI-based 3D cardio-ultrasound device of the latest generation will be installed in the course of this year, telemetric long-term monitoring of cardiology patients has long been standard, and the range of laboratories is always at the cutting edge of science.
“More and more companies are entrusting their managers to us,” says Gramley. “An important reason for this, in addition to the technical equipment and the relaxed feel-good atmosphere of the ETHIANUM, is the time we schedule for intensive doctor-client consultations. This time is often much more important than the diagnostic equipment.”
